A Look Back, a Look Up, a Look Ahead

A friend of mine once shared with me a purposeful way he ends each year: A look back, a look up, and a look ahead. A look back is a time of reflection. A look up is a time of perspective. A look ahead is vision moving forward.

A Look Back

I have had the personal honor to serve so many amazing business leaders this year. Many of these owners, executives, and managers come from different industries, businesses, backgrounds, and cultures. But they all have had one thing in common — teachability.

The teaching has come through one-on-one coaching, group coaching, practical workshops, inspirational seminars, and speaking engagements. Nothing gives me greater joy than to come alongside a person who is thirsty for encouragement, inspiration, and practical help. This year, I was blessed to witness so much personal and professional transformation. Thanks to all of you.

A Look Up

I am thankful for an aerial perspective that enables me to see people, business leaders, working environments, situations, and challenges from a different place. It is out of this place where I live a life of  purpose, vision, gratitude, and this perspective can be a solution to life’s most difficult problems.

I am grateful for the opportunity to help people become all that they were created to be, while helping remove any obstacles keeping them from fulfilling their destiny. I  wouldn’t want to be anyone else on the planet but me.

I love my life, my beautiful wife, my two amazing kids, and my unique purpose.

A Look Ahead

I see the next year being one of tremendous growth and transformation. I see Agents of Efficiency growing in our purpose-driven small business solutions community. I see our team of coaches, contributors, and trainers growing and becoming more unified to help provide more life-changing resources to help transform our members personally and professionally.

It’s going to be a big year.
