Storytelling Ignites Human to Human Connection

As a 6’5″ guard I went from playing small college basketball into fulfilling my professional basketball dream.

I signed my first pro basketball contract in the Atlantic Basketball Association (ABA) with the Delaware Blue Bombers, moved on to play for the Harrisburg Horizon in the United Basketball Alliance (UBA), and ended by playing for Pennsylvania Push the Rock in the Eastern Basketball Alliance (EBA).

My efforts were recognized (4 years into my career) as I was selected to an NBA sanctioned Summer League All-Star Team that gained attention from the Philadelphia 76ers and Orlando Magic.

It’s important to know that I didn’t start on my high school team until my senior year. I didn’t start on my college team until my junior year. I didn’t start in pro ball until my sophomore year.

I did, however, have a dream and pursued it with all my heart, stayed in my lane, and worked to be the best player (and team player) I could possibly be. As a result, I got a shot at pursuing my NBA dream.

May this be an inspiration to you as you look to fulfill your biggest of dreams. Always remember, not to despise small beginnings and dream big enough that it requires the help of God and others to accomplish it 🙂

Here is my pro basketball highlight reel:
