In business.

In leadership.

In life.

I didn't grasp this until....

An Unexpected Surprise

Senior year, business student, co-captain of my college basketball team - People assumed I was on top of the world. Yet secretly, I had been rocked by some bad news. There was a mass in my midsection that had gone undiagnosed for nearly a month and a half. Doctors feared it was cancerous, and medical specialists had never seen anything like it. I eventually met with an ultrasound specialist, bracing for the worst. But as he examined me, he was floored. The mass was gone. It was a modern-day miracle!

Up until that point, my purpose was hanging out with friends and winning the next basketball game. But the experience radically altered my perspective, prompting me to ask questions I had never asked before.

Who am I?

Why am I here?

How can I use my leadership abilities to influence others?

Purpose Inspires You

Little did I know, more than 23 years later, I would be helping leaders all around the world derive more meaning from their lives - not just for what they do, but who they are. Chasing external results all too often leads people to emptiness and burnout. You are more than what you do. Your innate purpose is worth so much more than the money you earn or the business results you achieve. When we are driven from this internal knowing, we can lead our families, our teams, and our communities from the inside out.
